What is your service area?

We proudly serve the Katy, Texas, and surrounding areas. Contact us with your zip code to confirm travel logistics for your location.

Do I need to have my own RC vehicle?

Not at all! We offer an extensive rental fleet of hobby-grade crawlers and construction vehicles, but you are always welcome to bring your own rig to the course.

How do I secure my date?

Complete our booking form with your event details. We will reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and discuss your customized course requirements

Do you offer gift packages for birthdays?

Yes! We provide ‘Ready-to-Drive’ RC gift packages that can be pre-tuned and waiting for the birthday honoree on the day of the event.

Do you require a deposit? If so, how much?

Yes, to secure your event date on our calendar, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due before the event date. This deposit ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to begin preparing your custom course layout and fleet requirements.

What happens if it rains?

For outdoor events, we ask that you have a backup indoor location or covered area available. If a date change is necessary due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule based on our current availability.

Are there any age restrictions?

Our equipment is hobby-grade and offers an immersive experience for all ages. However, we recommend adult supervision for children under 10 years old to ensure equipment safety.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 7 before the event date are eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
